The IAEA assured uninterrupted fuel supply to India's Nuclear reactors as  this is one of the conditions the Indian government put forward for signing the Nuclear deal. The IAEA is also considering various safe guards as per the Indian government’s decision.
The Karnataka cabinet is likely to be expanded soon to accommodate three more members in the cabinet. The three members would be the members who recently resigned from JD(s) and Congress and joined the BJP.
The Mumbai High Court stayed the admission to the Junior colleges till July 14th. This is in response to a Public Interest litigation filed against the 70% reservation of seats in colleges to local students. Meanwhile the student community is divided over the issue with some students supporting the reservation and some against it. 

 

In a first in the world case the AIIMS New Delhi has performed the first Robotic surgery with an operation to remove the tumor of the urinary bladder. The operation was successful. Five key holes incisions were made in his bladder and the operation was completed in 3 hrs. The patient was suffering high blood pressure and complaining difficulty in passing urine. The doctors found the reason to be the tumor in the bladder and performed the operation.
It is feared that overseas investors may loose confidence in the falling stock markets of India. The fall is attributed to the depreciation of Indian Rupee against the dollar.
