Third Phase Karnataka Pools Begin today |

Voting began for the third and last phase of polling in the Karnataka assembly elections. Polls were conducted in a total of 69 constituencies spread over 8 districts.
For the 69 seats in play about 700 contestants are trying their luck. A total of 1.17 crore electorate will cast their ballot today. This polling is being guarded by about 58,000 security personnel. In this phase of election the assembly seats in play are situated in the north part of Karnataka. It is going to be a Congress Vs BJP fight today and most of the opinion polls indicate that BJP will do well in these elections. |
