There was one concern earlier when one of the terms and conditions said that Adobe has the right to use the pictures posted for advertisement and other research purposes.  This raised many  eyebrows. Adobe was quick to come back stating that they don't intend to assume ownership of the content and the users are still owners of their content. The legal terms were just for Adobe's safety. Adobe however stated that it will change the terms of service to remove the statements that raised a few eyebrows.
